All URI Distributors must submit ALL Advertising, Marketing and/or Recruiting Materials and Documents, including, but not limited to, Internet and Web site content, print, radio and/or TV advertising copy, audio transcripts, promotional materials, signs, bumper stickers, flyers, Product literature, brochures, sales aids, T-Shirts, hats, pens, magnets, stationary, and all other literature used for Advertising, Marketing and/or Recruiting, to the Company for written approval prior to the use of any of the above forms of Advertising, Marketing and/or Recruiting and before they are released to the public in any manner. ALL forms of Advertising, Marketing and/or Recruiting Materials must include the words "URI International Independent Distributor" or must include the URI International Independent Distributor logo, which will be provided at time of approval by the Company. ALL forms of Advertising, Marketing and/or Recruiting Audios must include the words "URI International Independent Distributor" and be audibly spoken at the beginning and at the end of all Audios at the same sound level as the Advertising, Marketing and/or Recruiting copy being heard on the Audio.

Network Marketing is the action of bringing exciting Products directly to the people who need them faster than any other sales or marketing method. It is the purest form of person-to-person selling, which benefits everyone involved. Our URI International Distributors are a group of dynamic goal and health-minded people sharing the exciting health and financial benefits URI International Products can provide. URI Internationals' use of Network Marketing allows us to sell innovative, quality Products to the market at a better value. The URI Business Opportunity is right for everyone.
There are eight ways to earn through the URI International Compensation Package. If taken to its full advantage, the URI International Compensation Plan rewards URI Distributors weekly and monthly. See the compensation plan for more details by clicking here.
Since URI International is a Company that utilizes the Network Marketing Business Model, you will need to be assigned to a sponsoring Distributor. Your URI International upline Distributor will assist you with the sales support and training you need to make your URI International Business successful. There are three ways that you can apply for a Distributorship.
- Mail or fax in an application
- Sign-up over the Internet, or
- Sign-up over the phone.
The last option will require the new Distributor to return a signed Sign-up Form within 30 days. The Sign-up Form is available online through URI International's upline or through the Corporate Office. URI International encourages applicants to enlist the help of their sponsoring Distributors when signing up. You must be at least 18 years of age to become a Distributor.
No. URI Distributors are considered Independent Contractors and not employees of URI International or its Distributors.
These numbers are required for tax and social security validation purposes. You can use a Tax ID# from your own Business entity if you choose. Because URI International utilizes a Multi-level Business Model and pays Commissions on the sale of its Products, by law we must have the Social Security Number of Federal Tax ID Number on file for any Distributor who could potentially earn Commissions. We are obligated to report any Commissions paid over $600 US to the IRS.
Our most successful Distributors have a desire for optimal health and financial success and enjoy helping others. A strong desire to achieve success, the ability to work well with others, self-motivation, well-planned goals and a positive attitude are also very important. Success requires effort, diligence, cooperation and leadership. There is no need for a degree or special licensing to build your URI Business.
No. The only cost to own your own URI Business is the purchase of a one-time $9.95 US Distributorship Kit. This makes it possible for virtually anyone to become a URI Distributor. To remain a Distributor you must make a minimum of one purchase every six (6) months.
Of course! Although many Distributors decide to go full-time with URI International, our Business Opportunity is also an ideal way to earn some extra income by working on a part-time basis.
A URI Distributor may terminate his/her Distributorship at any time and for any reason by sending written notice to the Company of his/her intent to terminate his/her Distributorship. Termination becomes effective as of the date the Company receives written notice of termination.
The URI Compensation Plan pays Commissions based on your Sales Volume and the Sales Volume of your downline.
A Preferred Customer is a person over 18 years of age who wishes to purchase URI Products at our Preferred Customer pricing, but does not want to become a URI Distributor. The pricing shown on the URI International Web site you are visiting is listed at Preferred Customer pricing.
Yes. You can do so through your URI International Back Office within 10 days after they signup.
Monthly Commissions are paid by the 20th of the following month.
For URI Distributors who have a minimum 100PV active Autoship or Backup Autoship, Fast Start Bonuses are paid every Friday following the end of every week. (Saturday 12AM MST).
For URI Distributors who DO NOT have a minimum 100PV active Autoship or Backup Autoship, Fast Start Bonuses are paid on the 20th of the following month along with monthly commissions.
There are no sponsoring requirements for commissions, only volume requirements.
PV stands for Personal Volume. Personal Volume is the commissionable amount of personal product purchase. See the URI International Distributor Price List in your Back office for the PV assigned to each Product.
GV stands for Group Volume. Group Volume is the total PV of your entire downline
No it does not. The URI Compensation Plan does not allow Distributors to qualify for ranks based on purchases they make personally. Rank qualification is based on the Sales Volume of their entire downline. Allowing Distributors to use Personal Volume to count towards their Group Sales Volume would give the appearance of a Pyramid Scheme and could create the potential for situation of "front loading."
There is no limit on how many new URI Distributors you can sponsor. Typically, the more Distributors you sponsor, the more success you and they can achieve through everyone's combined sales efforts.
The URI AutoBuilder is one of the most powerful, business and team building system available. The URI AutoBuilder will automatically place each of your new personally sponsored URI Distributors in your downline. It is a powerful and beneficial way to build your URI Business, advance in rank and increase your URI income potential. You can manually build your business any way you would like or you can have the optional simplicity of The URI AutoBuilder to automatically help you and your downline Distributors build a URI Business.
The AutoBuilder is automatically activated when you become a URI Distributor. You can manually turn it off or override it at anytime by logging into URI International's URI Back Office and clicking on the "Sponsor" tab.
As a Direct Selling company and by virtue of its business operations on the Internet, URI International is required to collect Sales Tax on all Products and Sales Aids at the time of purchase. Like other similar companies, URI International collects and remits sales tax based on retail pricing. The Sales Tax is based on the applicable Tax Rates of the individual State, City and County where the Products or Sales Aids were purchased.
Our Policy regarding the collection and payment of Sales Tax avoids putting our Distributors in the difficult position of managing the burdens associated with collecting and remitting Sales Taxes, filing Sales Tax Reports, and keeping Records relative to Sales Taxes on the sale and distribution of URI Products and Sales Aids. By freeing our Distributors from these tedious and time-consuming administrative, operational and logistical tasks, our Distributors are able to concentrate on those activities that directly affect their incomes, namely Product sales and recruiting others to sell URI Products, and focus on nurturing their Organizations.
URI Distributors who request Tax-exempt Purchases from URI International and prefer to collect, document, report and pay their own Sales Tax may do so by:
- Registering with their respective Sales Taxing Authority;
- Submitting an Official Certified Copy of their valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate to the URI International Corporate Office; and
- Submitting completed URI Business Entity and URI Resale Tax forms to the URI International Corporate Office.
Orders will NOT be shipped "Sales Tax Exempt" until a copy of the Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and the URI Business Entity and a URI Resale Tax forms are received by the URI Corporate Office. If a Distributor follows the filing process as outlined, no Sales Tax will be collected on their orders. For those URI Distributors wishing to undertake this process, we strongly recommend that they consult their tax advisor for guidance on complying with State Sales Tax issues.
Please note that exemption from the payment of Sales Tax is applicable only on Orders that are shipped to a State for which the proper Tax Exemption Certificates have been filed and accepted. Applicable Sales Taxes will be charged on all Orders that are drop-shipped to other States. Any Sales Tax Exemption accepted by URI International is NOT retroactive.

AUTOSHIP/BACKUP AUTOSHIP FAQ
A URI Autoship is a convenient and effortless way to ensure that your favorite URI Products are delivered to your door each and every month.
Backup Autoship is an easy way to ensure that you don't forget to order your URI Product or miss out on any URI Commissions or Bonuses in the event you forgot to place an order. Backup Autoship will process each month on the 26th day, but only if your PV (Personal Volume) for the month is not equal to, or greater than, the amount you have selected in the "Minimum PV To Ship" Box in your Back Office. See the Autoship Form in your URI Back Office.
Autoships are processed DAILY from the 1st through the 25th of the month depending on the date selected by the Distributor or Preferred Customer. Autoships will be processed each month on the Date that you specify from the 1st -25th of each month (or the following business day if that day falls on a weekend or holiday) regardless of any other orders placed during the month.

URI International makes every effort to ship out all orders the same day if they are received before 2PM MST. Otherwise, in stock orders will ship the next business day. We do not ship on the weekends or Holidays.
Currently, we deliver to the US and Canada. We can ship internationally; however, we cannot sign-up international citizens as URI Distributors. International citizen can become URI Preferred Customers. URI International does have plans to enter certain International Markets. At this time, we cannot specify a definitive date or specific country. An announcement will be made to URI Distributors as soon as a decision is reached.
UPS shipping and delivery rates to Canada are higher.

PRODUCT FAQ
URI International meets or exceeds the highest manufacturing standards in the industry. Our processes comply with the recently enacted Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP's) enacted by the US Food and Drug Association.
All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned between each manufacturing run and then tested to insure that each piece is free from any residue. This process takes between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the complexity of the machinery.
None of our products contain any animal products whatsoever, including meat, fish, dairy, or poultry, nor do they contain any royal jelly. Some of our products contain organic Concord grape juice powder.
The only heat used in the processing of our products is with the Coconut PureT coconut oil. All other products are manufactured at temperatures less than 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
URI Products may be purchased without becoming a URI Distributor, but only through an Independent URI Distributor. You may purchase directly from a Distributor, or a Distributor can instruct or help you make a purchase through our URI Preferred Customer Program.

Yes they are. Organic ingredients are noted by an asterisk (*) on the ingredient panel of the Label.
Not at this time, but there are ongoing efforts to increase the Certified Organic ingredients in URI Products. Please see the ingredient list on the URI website or catalog for Certified Organic ingredients as indicated by an asterisk(*).
No. We do not know if we will be able to get these Products Kosher Certified due to the probiotics and enzyme ingredients.
Every lot is tested to verify there are no harmful levels of harmful bacteria or toxins, and there are only naturally occurring bacteria, which are not harmful.
Through our long- term relationships with our sources, and through extensive laboratory testing.
Ingredient information can be found in "Supplement Facts" section on the Web page or Catalogue page for each specific Product.
Since the produce and/or ingredients are sent directly to our blending, processing and packaging facility, and we put together each batch/formula in-house, we know that each and every ingredient that appears on the Label is in each Product. Any reverse analysis of our Products will reveal the presence of every ingredient on the label(s).
Because the ingredients are natural whole food concentrates, the nutritional content of each ingredient will vary from batch to batch.
All our URI formulas and blends are proprietary; therefore we do not list the amounts of individual ingredients. However the ingredients are listed in the order of quantity (from largest to smallest). Our focus is on the quality, variety and total amount of whole food based ingredients in our products. However, the very best thing to do is simply sample or order our products risk free. They speak for themselves. We do not want people to focus on the amount of each ingredient they are getting, but rather on the quality, variety and total amount of whole food concentrates they are getting.
URI International's Product Labels often refer to a "Fulvic Mineral Blend." What is in this blend?

URI Coconut Pure is produced using fresh, certified organic coconuts. The fresh coconut meat is separated from the shell, finely ground and immediately cold-pressed to produce fresh coconut oil. Rather than using high heat to separate the resulting fresh coconut oil from any coconut milk and water, a centrifuge is used. The Product temperature never exceeds 85° F. The end result is organic, extra virgin coconut oil that has not been over-heated, creating a quality, clear coconut oil that retains the entire natural flavor and aroma of fresh coconut. It is rich in medium chain fatty acids including Lauric and Caprylic Acid. Coconut Pure contains 100% pure, unrefined, organic extra virgin coconut oil and is not processed, bleached refined or deodorized. It contains no hydrogenated oils, fillers, additives, excipients, pesticides or chemical residues.
None of the ingredients in our Whole Food Products are "genetically modified."
Klamath Lake Algae and Yucca is wild and certified organic.
The Standard shelf life of URI Products un-opened is 2 years, although they are shelf stable beyond that. Each container is marked with an expiration date and batch number. The exception is our Live Pro HSBO, which has a 6-month shelf life.
The average product is stored less than 60 days.
It is not recommended, as heat can destroy some of the natural nutritional value.
We do not recommend storing any opened URI Container in the refrigerator. The moisture in the air can create condensation, which can cause clumping of the powders and can cause the probiotics to grow. Additionally, lids should be placed tightly on all the containers immediately after use to avoid condensation or moisture absorption; particularly in high-humidity environments. Store all URI Products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or high temperatures.
We cannot recommend a serving size on our Whole Food Product line for children. Questions regarding your children should be discussed with a nutritionally wise Pediatrician.

They are not represented and should not be used to cure, treat or prevent any illness or disease. Drug and medical questions should be directed to your healthcare physician. URI International's Products are nutritional supplements. If you are concerned about the use of a nutritional supplement while you are taking a prescription drug or an over-the-counter (OTC) medication, we suggest you consult with a health care provider who is familiar with the medications you are taking.
We believe so, however we recommend you speak to your Veterinarian prior to supplementing your pet's diet.
Beyond Berries, The Feast and The Feast Supercharged are Vegetarian. However, due to the probiotic ingredients there are some questions as to whether to consider them Vegan.
All URI Whole Food Products are created using fresh produce. The particles are bits of the active ingredients in the Product, much like pieces of pulp in some orange juices.
(Gluten is an insoluble protein constituent of wheat and other grains consisting of a mixture of gliadin, glutenin, and other proteins.)
Beyond Berries, Barley Pure, Coconut Pure, Vegetein, Sweet Careet, Super Trim, Multi Blockers, Complete Food, URI Multi Meals and all of our Targeted Needs Product Line are gluten free. If you are gluten intolerant you will want to ask a nutritionally wise physician if the Products are right for you.
The Enzymes in URI Products are naturally occurring, with additional plant-based enzymes.
Stevia is a concentrate from the Stevia plant that is naturally sweet.
Yes, from crustacean shellfish (shrimp shell and/or crab shell).
Lo Han is a natural concentrated plant-based powder from the Lo han Fruit. It is naturally sweet.
Xanthan Gum is a natural plant derived powder used for thickening. It is used in very small amounts in some URI Products.
Brown rice fiber complex comes from unpolished brown rice. It retains its oil-rich germ and bran, is high in vitamins E, B, and minerals, as well as fiber and protein.
A mechanical process is used to separate the bran or fiber from the seed.
Some of the oils have been pressed off to provide stability and to extend shelf life. This increases the percentage of Lignin content while retaining all other nutritional value. Only a percentage of oil is removed, so you have an increase of lignins while still getting omegas and fiber.
The Feast contains additional Antioxidant Fruits & Berries, Nutrient Dense Seeds, Nuts & Sprouts, and Resilient Living Probiotics that are not in Complete Food.
Because the Guaraneine/caffeine in The Feast Supercharged is naturally occurring, we cannot give an exact amount as it varies from batch to batch. Our Product is focused on the natural components in balance - not on specific Guaraneine/caffeine amounts. The Guaraneine/caffeine in our Products is naturally occurring from supercharged Berries, Seeds, and leaves.
Yes, Guarana contains naturally occurring Guaraneine, which similar to caffeine.
Chad de Bugre (Cordia Salicifolia - also called Cha' de bugre) is a native plant of Brazil that produces a fruit much like a coffee cherry. Chad de Bugre is a source of naturally occurring caffeine, potassium, allantoin and allantoic acid.
The Feast Regular contains 39 calories per 1 scoop (10 grams).The Feast Supercharged contains 36 calories per 1 scoop (10 grams).
The fragrance occurs naturally. There are no ingredients added to produce a specific fragrance.
URI International sells Crystal Clear Neutralizer for Personal Care (topically) and for Home Care. We do not recommend Crystal Clear Neutralizer or any of our Personal and/or Home Care Products for internal consumption.
URI International uses food-grade HDPE (high-density polyethylene) plastic containers that do not contain Bisphenol-A. This has also been verified through our manufacturer.
As a Manufacturer, we are State GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), State USDA (United States Department of Agriculture), State Organic and Kosher Certified.
Our proprietary InstaFresh™ drying process ensures that the live fresh whole food and juice powder concentrates used to create URI Products retain their naturally occurring, synergistically compounded vitamins, minerals, ORAC value, live enzymes, antioxidants, amino acids, phyto-nutrients, co-factors, in their natural balance - just as Nature intended! Even flavor and aroma are preserved. All of this is achieved without pasteurization or the use of preservatives.
Ingredients brought in from out of the country are grown by long-term personal contacts that process using a low-temperature process, as per our request. These ingredients have not been overheated or pasteurized.
The dry powders are in a stable chemistry that will not spoil when kept closed in a cool, dry place.
The grains are sprouted.
Can eating fruits and vegetables together (such as in The Feast) be bad for your digestive system?
We have had no complaints of any problems with the digestive system. The products are combined in synergistic formulations that allow ingredients to work together.
INSTAFRESH™ DRYING PROCESS FAQ

Our proprietary InstaFresh™ Low Temperature Drying Process takes newly harvested, live whole foods and fresh-pressed raw 34°F liquid juice to powder within 30 seconds. During this process the Product temperature averages 65° F and never exceeds 100° F, which is considered an extraordinary achievement in the drying industry. The Product is 85% dry within 15 seconds. The temperature of our Products does not get above 65°F degrees until it is 80% dry. Therefore, the nutritional compositions are more stabilized and are not as susceptible to heat factors. This results in little degradation of nutritional content. As a low-moisture dry powder, our Products are shelf stable.
Unlike typical drying processes used in the nutritional supplement industry, the proprietary URI International drying process maintains, rather than compromises, the naturally occurring nutritional content in whole foods. Our unique and proprietary process preserves the majority of the nutritional integrity and life force of the fresh produce being dried, which is essential to nutritional health.
