Your continued use of the URI International Website shall be deemed your acceptance of said Terms of Use. If you are not satisfied with said Terms of Use, your sole recourse is to refrain from using this Website. URI International, Inc. (“URI International”) reserves the right to change these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, and at any time without notice. We suggest that you always check this page prior to using the Website to ensure that you have a current understanding of the terms under which you are permitted to access this Website.
If you are an URI International Distributor, you have additional terms and conditions as set forth in the URI International Distributor Agreement and Policies and Procedures.
Intended Audience
This Website is a business and commercial Website and intended for a commercial use only. It is not intended for individuals under 16 years old and does not gather personal data online from children under 13. The material on this Website is published by URI International as a service to URI International Distributors, their Customers, and prospective URI International Distributors and Customers residing in the United States.
This Website is not intended for access or use in any other country. URI International makes no claim that the information on this Website is appropriate or may be downloaded legally outside of the United States. Access to the materials on this Website may not be legal by certain persons in certain countries. If you access this Website from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws in your country of residence.

Product Purchases
If you purchase items through the URI International Website, you are responsible for providing a valid credit card number with available credit at the time of purchase, or valid checking account information with available funds at the time of purchase. You represent and warrant that you are an authorized user of any such credit card or the owner of any such checking account. You are responsible for payment of any applicable provincial, state, local or city sales taxes. Applicable sales taxes and shipping and handling charges will be included in the purchase.
PRODUCT GUARANTEES, RETURNS AND INVENTORY REPURCHASE
Product Guarantee
URI International offers a 100% 90-day money-back satisfaction guarantee (including original shipping and handling charges) to all Direct Customers.
Returns by Direct Customers
URI International offers Direct Customers an unconditional 90-day money-back guarantee (Including original shipping and handling charges). If, for any reason, a Direct Customer is dissatisfied with any URI International product, he or she may return that product to the Company within 90 days, for a replacement, exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.
Returns by Distributors (Products Purchased for Personal Consumption)
If a Distributor is dissatisfied with any URI International product purchased for personal use, the Company offers a 100% 90-day money-back guarantee. This guarantee is limited to $80. If a Distributor wishes to return merchandise exceeding $80, in any 12-month period, the return will be deemed an inventory repurchase and the Company shall repurchase the inventory pursuant to the terms of Section 8.2, and the Distributor’s Agreement shall be canceled.
Returns by Distributors (Products Returned by Personal Retail Customers)
If a personal retail Customer returns a product to the Distributor from whom it was purchased, the Distributor may return it to the company for an exchange or refund. All products returned by personal retail Customers must be returned to the Company within 10 days from the date on which it was returned to the Distributor along with the sales receipt the Distributor gave to the Customer, the Customer’s name and telephone number, the reason for the return, and the Customer’s signature.
Return of Inventory and Sales Aids by Distributors
Upon cancellation of a Distributor’s Agreement, the Distributor may return inventory and sales aids for a refund if he or she is unable to sell or use the merchandise. A Distributor may only return products and sales aids purchased by him or her that are in resalable condition. Upon receipt of the products and sales aids, the Distributor will be reimbursed 90% of the net cost of the original purchase price(s), less shipping and handling charges. If the purchases were made through a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same account. The company shall deduct from the reimbursement paid to the Distributor any commissions, bonuses, rebates or other incentives received by the Distributor which were associated with the merchandise that is returned.
Montana Residents
A Montana resident may cancel his or her Distributor Agreement within 15 days from the date of enrollment, and may return his or her Lifetime Distributorship Kit for a full refund within such time period.
Procedures for All Returns
The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:
- All merchandise must be returned by the Distributor or Customer who purchased it directly from URI International.
- All products to be returned must have a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained by calling the Distributor Services Department. This Return Authorization Number must be written on each carton returned.
- The return is accompanied by:
- A completed and signed Consumer Return Form;
- A copy of the original dated retail sales receipt; and
- The unused portion of the product in its original container.
a. Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to URI International shipping pre-paid. URI International does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be on the Distributor. If returned product is not received by the Company's Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Distributor to trace the shipment.
b. If a Distributor is returning merchandise to URI International that was returned to him or her by a personal retail Customer, the product must be received by URI International within ten (10) days from the date on which the retail Customer returned the merchandise to the Distributor, and must be accompanied by the sales receipt the Distributor gave to the Customer at the time of the sale.
No refund or replacement of product will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.
Submissions and Privacy
Any material, information or ideas you transmit to or post on this Site by any means will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be disseminated or used by URI International or its related and affiliated companies for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, reproduction, transmission, publication, broadcast, posting, developing, manufacturing and marketing products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all personal data provided to URI International will be handled in accordance with the URI International Privacy Policy. URI International has no responsibility to respond to messages posted at this Website. Furthermore, posting or transmittal of any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, scandalous, inflammatory obscene, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or violation of any law is strictly prohibited.

The URI International Website may contain links to other Internet sites providing advice and other goods and services, which are owned and operated by third party vendors. A link to a non-URI International Website does not mean that URI International endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, use, or products and services made available through such Website. By utilizing these links, you acknowledge and agree that URI International is not responsible for the actions, content, accuracy, privacy policies, opinions expressed, services provided, goods sold, or other links provided by these Internet sites. URI International reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies or typographical errors in the information posted to this Website, and shall have no liability for such errors. Information may be changed or updated without notice. Prices and availability of goods and services is subject to change without notice. In the event that any provision(s) contained in these Terms of Use is/are held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of this Agreement, and this Agreement shall be construed and enforced as if the invalid or unenforceable term(s) or provision(s) had never existed. URI International's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any term(s) or provision(s) contained herein shall not be construed as a waiver of any term, provision or right. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim of cause of action arising from or relating to use of this site or this agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or will be forever barred.
